Selection points to note

Features of the product components
● The main structure of the cooling tower is made of 2mm thick aluminous-magnesium-zinc plated steel plate from Pohang, Korea, with the following characteristics.
1.High temperature resistance: due to the specific combination of steel plate base material and plating organization, the formation of a kind of iron aluminum magnesium alloy, so that the plate has excellent high temperature resistance. At 450℃, the reflectivity can be guaranteed to be very high. At temperatures above 480°C, the plating has a bright appearance. In up to 650℃, the protective layer to prevent the oxidation of the steel plate is still well preserved.
2.Heat reflectivity: under the high temperature of 480℃, the Al-Mg-Zn plating can reflect 80% of the incoming heat. Therefore, it can avoid the secondary heating under direct sunlight and effectively ensure the cooling effect.
3.Corrosion resistance: Al-Mg-Zn plate is a new type of high corrosion resistance coated steel plate, its galvanized layer is added with Al, Mg and Si and other alloy elements, with the passage of time on the surface of the coating to generate a very high adhesion of fine protective film, inhibit the corrosion of the coating, thus showing better corrosion resistance; especially in the alkaline environment, marine environment and hot and humid environment and other harsh conditions of its corrosion resistance is 10-20 times that of ordinary hot dip galvanized steel plate, is hot dip galvanized aluminum (5%) alloy steel plate 5-8 times.
4.Cutting protection performance: Al-Mg-Zn steel plate in the cut and section, the precipitation of Al, Mg elements from the galvanized layer, will generate a fine protective film in the cut-off surface, and cover this section part, with self-healing effect so as to play an excellent corrosion resistance.
5.Ecological characteristics: Al-Mg-Zn plate has no effect on health, so it can be used in food processing. Many professional groups of test reports to confirm that it is harmless to human body is environmentally friendly products. Aluminized magnesium zinc plate can be completely recycled.
6.Other: has excellent processing performance in severe conditions (stretching stamping bending paint welding, etc.), high hardness of the coating, has excellent resistance to damage, can adapt to a variety of processing. The coating has a long-lasting gloss, better corrosion resistance and weathering resistance performance.
