The cooling coil design ensures higher operating power. The design of double-row tubes makes the arrangement of tubes compact, while reducing the resistance to air flow. The coil is inclined along the flow direction of circulating medium, meanwhile, there is an air inlet valve at the inlet of circulating medium and a drainage valve at the outlet of circulating medium; when the equipment is shut down, the air inlet and drainage valves are opened and the circulating medium is discharged automatically. Successfully solved the common problem of freezing and cracking of the coils in winter, which plagued the peer manufacturers.
The design pressure of the cooling coil is 0.8MPa, and the coil is welded and assembled in water by 1.0MPa gas tightness test to ensure no leakage.

Anti-freezing instructions

Existing closed cooling tower heat exchanger coils are designed parallel to the horizontal plane, taking into account the heat transfer effect, heat exchanger coils are relatively thin, the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the need to empty the internal liquid to achieve antifreeze effect, the cooler because of the local hydraulic loss is too large, that is, the use of air compressors repeatedly blow can not exhaust the internal liquid, heat exchanger coils single tube internal as long as a section filled with liquid, it will freeze, resulting in coils Rupture, the later repair is very troublesome.

Some customers can only use antifreeze, adding antifreeze to the whole piping system to achieve the effect of antifreeze, industry, generally used as antifreeze for glycol, but glycol is easy to volatilize, so every winter piping system should be added, which increases the high additional operating costs.
